From your first phone call to your last therapy session and

Our goal is to help your child reach their highest potential. We listen to your child’s and family’s unique situation in order to tailor the treatment plan to your specific needs.
Within 48 hours of receiving your intake paperwork, our intake team will contact your insurance company to verify eligibility of coverage and to authorize an assessment for your child.
Once your authorization is approved by your insurance, we will schedule an assessment with one of our super friendly Board certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). They’ll work directly with your child in your own home to develop an individualized treatment plan.
After the assessment, a thorough treatment plan will be written and sent to both you and your child’s insurance company for review and approval. Based on the assessment, our team will determine the number of therapy hours recommended for your child.
